Training and Development

Another important issue is training and development. An organization can hire the most talented workers in the world, but without the right training they will still come up short. Individuals must be trained to work with company policies, so that goals on both the individual and organizational level can be met. Many companies do not work to continually develop their workers. Training is an ongoing process and a company must work to help employees learn and develop new ideas. Training is becoming increasingly more important since new issues in technology and globalization keep coming up in everyday business.
